Hyatt Place provides an excellent choice for affordable long or short-term airport parking for Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Every reservation provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Guests parking with the Hyatt can use the hotel amenities ranging from Wi-fi access, clean restrooms, and a comfortable waiting lounge.

The hotel is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.

Hyatt Place makes this the perfect experience for quality airport parking whenever a guest park with them.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

Shuttle service runs between 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

The shuttle service runs every 30 min to and from. (Ie: 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 etc)

Return instructions will be given at check-in and in the email/text confirmation.

Shuttle service is for up to 4 passengers per reservation.

Guests can still park and use their favorite ridesharing app if traveling outside shuttle hours.

Guests are responsible for any ridesharing cost without using the hotel shuttle service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You will receive an email, and text confirmation confirming your parking space is reserved.

Present the email/text confirmation printed out or via a smart device when you arrive.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your desired arrival time at the airport.
